Served on cross-functional team of MBA interns to facilitate business consultations within company. Worked directly on three improvement cases. One of these cases involved rebranding one segment of business. Conducted internal employee audit to investigate internal brand awareness. Developed awareness campaign to help improve segment relations. One case involved grooming client costs to help define cost drivers and develop solutions to reduce cost. Using data analysis software, we were able to identify one major cost driver and present the client with a solution that resulted in cost savings of over $150,000. One case involved new product development and consisted of market research to help determine the feasibility of implementing additional lean business practice classes to increase sales.

Managed two mobile marketing units traveling to various motorsports events including the Formula Drift circuit, NMRA Drag Racing, and various auto shows. Managed up to 5 workers while display units were activated. Developed logistics calendar while facilitating necessary repairs and refurbishments on display units. Performed extensive research into new event calendar development with budget restraints. Worked directly with Director of Client Services (VP) to increase client experience.

Interacted with Delta Tau Delta Alumni to raise over $23,000 for capital campaigns; Ranked 19th Best Caller of all time; Utilized my personable nature to create easy conversations; Battled hesitation and rejection to ensure donations. This position has allowed me to develop my skill of creating relationships with customers over the phone. Though we spoke for brief periods of time, the importance of creating a trusting relationship for the duration of the call is the best way to ensure success. I also worked in a popular Ruffalo Cody telemarketing/inside sales telecommunication program.
